By playing Mayan Jumble ("the Game"), on the web or in the iOS app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the Game.

Use of the Game

The Game is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the service, not to extract or reverse-engineer the Game's assets, and not to submit automated or falsified scores or challenge results. Display names must be appropriate for a general audience, and we may reset names that aren't.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or other players.

Intellectual property

Mayan Jumble, its glyph artwork, and its visual design are © Midwinter Studios. Mayan numerals themselves are part of the historical record and are not claimed as proprietary.

Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Midwinter Studios is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Game.

Changes

We may revise these terms. Continued play after a revision constitutes acceptance.
